LeadMaster APAC appoints new Chief Financial Officer
NORTH SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA, January 13, 2012 /Computer PR News/ -- LeadMaster, a leading CRM and Inside Sales Services company focused on the Asia-Pacific region, announced today that Sócrates Jimenez has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Jimenez will be based at the company's corporate headquarters in Sydney, Australia.

Sócrates has over 15 years of international corporate executive management as well as US investment banking experience. Sócrates has a proven track record, with a focus on strategic development and operational enhancement at every stage of the business cycle. Mr Jimenez's extensive transaction experience positions him as an invaluable resource as LeadMaster continues its growth.
Prior to his appointment to LeadMaster, Mr. Jimenez was a Consultant, including roles as CFO for emerging growth technology companies. Mr. Jimenez's corporate experience includes executive management responsibilities at Aprisma Management technologies, a network management software company, as well as financial operations roles at Oracle Corporation.
Sócrates was a Senior Vice President at Cascadia Capital, Director at Pacific Crest Securities, Vice President at PaineWebber Incorporated as well as held investment banking roles at Merrill Lynch and Sutro & Co. With a primary focus on the software and internet sectors, Mr. Jimenez led and executed M&A, public and private offering as well as corporate finance advisory transactions.
Mr. Jimenez Sócrates has earned an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BA from Stanford University.
