MagniMail is an email archiving solution that provides automatic archiving of emails directly from Microsoft Exchange 2007 or 2010 servers. It does not require installation at workstations and can be a replacement or complement to many email compliance services. MagniMail offers the Discovery Dashboard, which is designed to make managing and tracking thousands of messages easier, more efficient and more compliant.
MagniPost is a social media monitoring and tracking solution that allows users to post messages to one source, but broadcast to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter in one motion. It also gives managers control to monitor, evaluate effectiveness, and even retract messages that are not desirable.
Ms. Giblin will also be connecting with companies that have Laserfiche ECM solutions already in place, as both MagniMail and MagniPost are written to integrate smoothly with Laserfiche ECM. Because Cities Digital offers MagniMail and MagniPost to the Laserfiche VAR community, Ms. Giblin will also be working directly with Laserfiche VARs on behalf of Cities Digital.
